HELLO WEEK 2!

I started the day out on the scale. 175! I lost 4 pounds in my first week and that was with only one day of actual exercise. Week 2 is the beginning of my work outs. I gave myself a week to adjust to the diet and get on track and now I am ready to start, slowly, but start. I think this week and probably next week I will stick with yoga, walking, and stretching. 4-6 times a week is my goal. Still need to work on downing water all day, it is really just a bad habit that I need to break (drinking barely any water) i'm getting better though. Welcome week 2. HERE WE GO!
